When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, optional company name and message you provide. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored securely in our database provider (Supabase) and retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@synerforte.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
